Publication Process

Publication Ethics
Duties of Authors
Accuracy and Integrity
Authors are expected to present their research findings truthfully and objectively. The manuscript must include sufficient methodological details and references to allow replication. Misrepresentation or fabrication of results is considered unethical.
Data Transparency
Authors should be willing to provide access to underlying research data when requested for editorial verification, within a reasonable timeframe.
Originality and Proper Citation
Submitted manuscripts must be the authors’ original work. Any use of others’ ideas, data, or words should be appropriately acknowledged through proper citation or quotation.
Avoidance of Redundant Publication
Authors must refrain from submitting the same or substantially similar work to more than one journal simultaneously, as this constitutes unethical publishing practice.
Acknowledgment of Contributions
Relevant scholarly works and intellectual contributions from others must be duly recognized.
Authorship Criteria
Authorship should be reserved for individuals who have made substantial contributions to the study’s conception, design, execution, or interpretation. All significant contributors should be listed as co-authors, while other collaborators may be acknowledged. The corresponding author holds responsibility for ensuring consent and approval from all co-authors before submission.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Authors must declare any financial or personal conflicts of interest that may affect the interpretation of their work, as well as disclose all sources of research funding.
Correction of Errors
If a significant error or inaccuracy is discovered post-publication, the author is obligated to promptly notify the editor and cooperate in retracting or correcting the article.
Ethical Considerations in Research
Authors must clearly identify potential hazards in their research, particularly when it involves human participants, animals, or the use of dangerous chemicals and procedures.
Duties of Editors
Fair and Impartial Assessment
Editors evaluate manuscripts solely on scholarly merit, without discrimination based on authors’ personal attributes or beliefs.
Confidentiality
Editors and editorial staff must treat all submitted manuscripts as confidential and share them only with relevant parties such as reviewers and advisory board members.
Conflict of Interest and Integrity
Editors must not use unpublished materials from submitted manuscripts for their own research without explicit written consent from the authors.
Publication Responsibility
The editorial board is accountable for deciding which manuscripts will be published, guided by academic significance, originality, and journal policy, while also complying with legal and ethical standards.
Peer Review Process
Editors must ensure that manuscripts undergo a fair and rigorous peer review, using qualified reviewers and avoiding those with potential conflicts of interest. The journal’s peer review process should be transparent to authors.
Duties of Reviewers
Contribution to Editorial Quality
Reviewers assist editors in evaluating manuscripts and provide constructive feedback to help authors improve their work.
Timeliness
Reviewers who are unable to complete the review within a reasonable period or lack expertise on the topic should promptly inform the editor.
Objectivity and Constructiveness
Reviews must be conducted impartially, avoiding personal criticism, and should be supported with clear reasoning.
Confidential Handling
Manuscripts under review are confidential documents and should not be shared or discussed without editor authorization.
Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must decline to evaluate manuscripts where conflicts of interest exist due to personal, professional, or financial relationships.
Source Verification
Reviewers should point out relevant published works not cited by the authors and notify the editor of any overlap or similarity with other publications they are aware of.
